Bay Area High School Senior Photographer // Julie

Julie, mom and I met up over Starbucks only recently.  Why?  Because Julie had procrastinated in getting her High School Senior pics done.  Why?  ’Cause she didn’t like the cheesy stuff she was seeing.  Me either!  :)  So glad Julie has good taste.

So a mutual acquaintance connected us and there we sat, talking about Julie’s wardrobe and theme and location over an iced, grande, upside-down Caramel Macchiato (my drink).  Well, the weather kind of shot down our theme as it was raining off-and-on, but the location and wardrobe worked out.  And Julie was a natural in front of the camera!  She made it so easy.  All I had to do was push the button.

Sorry for the long absence from blogging.  Hopefully I’ll be able to do some catch-up here over the next couple of weeks.  A broken interfacer doth not a consistent blogger make.

So I’m breaking silence with ‘Sarah’.  Love that red hair!  :)  Sarah was super easy to shoot and we got some amazing shots.  And on top of that, a friend of the family showed up with an antique convertible Woody – which made my job infinitely easier.  Pretty girl + cool car + amazing light = incredible shots.  Enjoy.

Lisa – Senior sesh

A long time ago… in a land far away….  Actually, about a little over a year ago… and right here in my house… I met Lisa and her family.  Lucky for me, Lisa remembered me and asked mom (Debbie) if she could ask me to shoot her senior pics.  I don’t know why she remembered me – but I’m glad she did.

Lisa, you were the perfect model.  You came across totally comfortable in front of the camera, fell into poses perfectly, mastered the ‘look’ (you’d make Tyra proud :) , and have a beautiful smile.  I really enjoyed climbing fences and trespassing with you and mom!  And your mom is crazy fun!  Lots of laughs – love it.  Enjoy the sampler here.
